None... I haven't made any progress

To work on the binges. I just want to be a normal person and eat normally as well as exercise. I am always tired and have no energy so I am finding it more difficult to stick to my goals ??

Non-scale victory of the week!

No non scale victory yet... In fact, I am more bloated and more chubbier than ever. I even weighed in at almost 1 kgs higher!!

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

So far I'm sticking to the healthy eating and also managing not to obsess over the diet etc... I don't feel restricted yet

What do you find most challenging in reaching your long-term weight loss goals?

Getting over the anxiety of doing anything but zoning out on YouTube videos instead of pursuing more quality activities. The more I zone on YouTube, the more I binge and eat. I need to start doing more productive things during my time and stop being so addicted to just laying and watching rubbish
