  • WATER CHALLENGE! Time to set this week off right! Personally I aim to drinik a gallon of water daily. I follow a water schedule and use a gallon so i can make sure i get my water in for the day! This also keeps me from overeating. This week I challenge you to drink more water even if it's just adding a cup! Let us know when you do below!

  • Last few hours until our weight outs! I didn’t end up reaching my goal weight again but I feel so much healthier and stronger! Just know that no matter what we are all successful!! We all pushed ourselves to try and become healthier and thats what matters the most!

Just finished. It was a crap workout because im tired and sore from 2 really good workouts.. but a bad workout is still better than no workout so yay!!!! Haha

  • Hi Everyone! I have done a couple dietbets before but this is my first one with Lexi. My name is Abbie and I am from Cincinnati, Ohio. I am 32 years old and have a wonderful 2 year old son. I lost 100 lbs back in 2015/2016 but gained a majority of that back when I was pregnant. I am back to being below my pre pregnancy weight (total weight loss is over 115 pounds from heaviest) and want to continue to lose another 50-60 lbs this year to get to my ideal weight.

    For exercise, I enjoy the elliptical, attempting to run, and barre classes. In general, I enjoy traveling, hiking, reading, and baking when I have the time. I am going to start attempting some low carb baking so if you have any good recipes, send them my way!
