Non-scale victory of the week!

we’ll, it was a scale victory. with 80 day obsession I wasn’t seeing lbs come off. but then I stopped all carbonated drinks and I’m really seeing a difference now! I’m a little sad because I love soda, but maybe once I get down to my goal weight I’ll let myself have one every once in a while.
