  • This pic makes me happy for many reasons, and I didn’t even know it was being made. Maybe TMI, but one of the things I noticed was that my thighs aren’t stuck together...there’s light there because they’re smaller! Maybe it’s a “girl thing” but no more thighs rubbing together! EVER AGAIN.

SWEET! Down 1.5 lbs after indulging over the weekend and Fat Tuesday. I was afraid to weigh again until today 😂 More to come because I’m still puffy/bloated. Isn’t it nice when we look FORWARD to weighing?!? 👏

I was in NOLA last week with no scale. Suffered a bit of withdrawal and it was tough skipping the shrimp po-boys and bread pudding without having a morning weigh-in to keep me motivated. Was happy to see my scale again this morning!!!

Well this weekend was not good, the scale went the wrong way. Anyone else have that? What are you doing to get back on track? Right now I just worked out and am in the sauna. Hopefully I can get back into a good rhythm.

Me too!! Just try to make small changes to get back on track. It’s rough but you can do it!

It's normal. Just detox sugars and processed carbs and stick to small amounts of oatmeal, sweet potatoes, and quinoa for carbs other than veggies. Make sure you get proteins and fats with carbs...little but of nuts and oils (avocado, olive, coconut, etc). If you crave sugar try 1 small piece of 80% or higher dark chocolate or have a protein shake (100% whey isolate).

I made it! This is the first time in the history of me that I followed through with a weight loss goal. Great job to everyone on here!!! Even if you didn't get it this time, you tried, you made changes, and you put an effort into taking care of yourself! This months personal goal for me is to love my body no matter what shape it is. Hopefully losing some weight will be fun, but I want to love myself no matter what, and you all should too!

I have to go to Charleston for 2 weeks for training. It’s going to be so rough to be good on my diet when there’s so much amazingly good southern food! Wish me luck!

Yes best thing I have learned from db is that we dont have to wait for Monday to get back on track...we can totally get on track right now :)
