Non-scale victory of the week!

I have done really well exercising. I am eating lots of veggies but still snacking at 3ish and that needs to stop! But doing better than normal so I will take it!

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Not smacked on junk! But I ate less than I normally would so that is a win!

Non-scale victory of the week!

I’ve ate really great this week! I slipped up and ate a piece of pizza and that’s it! So go me! I am not going to allow pizza in my house because I thought I could resist them temptation but I couldn’t! I love this bet because normally I would be like I failed start again Monday. Nope! Just keep doing good! No starting over!
