Started biking with my dogs on long trips. Building muscles is killing the scale plus holiday foods. Going to compensate this wk and fast alot.

Intermediate fasting. Skipped my husband's and my birthday cake. We celebrated 2 birthdays this week.

Starve. Im so angry that I'm doubling exercise and gained weight this week. I did eat a little more then normal 2 different days. Guess i should be happy to be under 190.
