I continued to be meat, egg, dairy and gluten free (I eat seafood) and I also logged my food for half the week

Not eaten 2 pieces of carrot cake or the piece of enchilada casserole. Carb city!

I worked out 5 days last week AND did 16:8 fasting. It was my first time doing intermittent fasting.
