Able to eat a little bit more carbs than normal but my weight seems to have stabilized at this lower amount!

Fit into one of my size 6 jeans!! Have another couple lbs to lose before I can fit into some of the tighter size 6 though.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I shouldn't have eaten the cajun shak meal! Fried chicken, fried catfish, french fries, ketchup and other high calorie dipping sauces - but I guess it is ok to have a cheat day now and then?!
