Non-scale victory of the week!

I'm size smaller in pants, and can almost fit into my favorite coat again

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I visited family that owns a bakery and tried several of their baked goods... and then went out for pizza. Should have eaten less all around.

I got my fitbit versa! It's helping me stay motivated.

I did eat bad a couple times, but kept the portion small.

I want to swim at least twice, as well as ride my bike. I'm trying to get one jog in a week but the weather needs to cooperate.

I did a lot of meal prepping

Less chicken nuggets, which never used to be a problem... but for somenteasonnthe cravings were so bad this week!!
