What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I’ve put on the weight I lost plus over 10 pounds. I’m so heavy my own scale doesn’t recognize me, it’s logging me in as a guest...lol I can’t stand all the weight goes to my stomach, I’m not one of those heavy girls that the weight is distributed all over and they just look like super size regular girl. I end up looking like I’m due any day now with a miracle baby. I’m 51 and yesterday some one gave me the senior citizen discount automatically...:(

Non-scale victory of the week!

Once again I was actually happy with the photo taken, I actually had to decide between three or four photos I liked. Usually I hate them all, but again this week and happy with the way I look.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I thought I was drinking iced tea with Splenda ( I ran out of truvia ) and the scale wasn’t moving, I actually went up a couple pounds. That’s when I realized I was drinking Splenda half-and-half, have Splenda have sugar… LOL I threw that out right away and got back on track...lol

Non-scale victory of the week!

Finally I’m putting a real non-scale victory in here… LOL I finally took a picture where I don’t feel like I look so miss proportioned. When I get heavy I get like a barrel, huge in the stomach and ass. I finally feel like I’m starting to see a difference in my body, not just me weight moving around to different spots

Non-scale victory of the week!

I don’t know if this is exactly a victory, but there’s definitely now a difference BTW my bust waist & c-section. I’m not just a barrel But I’m afraid where I had my C-section in 1988 will be hard to get rid of. But I’m happy with what’s going on my clothes are fitting better

Omg!!! I actually had to go P in order to make the weight… LOL I will never ever ever cut it this close again. This really could’ve went sideways for me! And then what a waste to lose a transformer long game over an extra piece of bread. Never ever again!

No real victory, I am happy that I’m maintaining. But now back to the real work! I’ve had weight ins all around the same the same weight lately. But the next month need to lose 4/5 lbs
