Long-term goal weight

What do you find most challenging in reaching your long-term weight loss goals?

I have multiple health issues that makes exercising and weight loss a huge challenge. My heart rate increases when I try to exercise because of the pain and not the perspiration. Will heed to find a healthy balance with food and productive exercise to meet my goals. I will have to use drastic diet modifications to make weight loss happen. Have always lost weight with exercise...now the life tables have turned on me and I will have to depend more on diet modifications.

What are your goals for the upcoming week?

Rescue the thin, healthy, and fit person from the blubber ridden fat woman who ate her and has taken over my body. Reclaim the me I know I can be. Baby step my way through the process. Drink more water. Food and hunger control strategies. Try to exercise a minimum of 3 times a week. Make dietary lifestyle changes. Change my relationship with food. Identify triggers for eating and come up with alternative activities or foods that beat the downward food cycle.
