Non-scale victory of the week!

No binge eating, doing good with my nutrition.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Participating in the group. I’ve just been SO busy with the cattle, and chiropractor appointments, and taking my mom to her doctor appointments. When I finally do get some free time I’m so tired I can barely stay awake.

What are your goals for the upcoming week?

I’ve not been able to workout due to the herniated disc in my neck... and then getting kicked on my hand. It’s been a week and it still hurts like crazy. Trying to keep it in s brace for better support... but that’s hard to do when I need that hand to do most everything that needs done. I’m the only one here during the day... everything depends on me.

Non-scale victory of the week!

My non-scale victory this past week has been resisting the intense urge to add sweetener to my herbal teas, hot cocoa and avocado pudding.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Hmmm... got more sleep! I’ll work on that this coming week. ** I’m not off to a very good start... it’s after 3 am!

What are your goals for the upcoming week?

Continue with my focus: no cheats, no slips, no excuses! Stick to my meal plan... adding in healthy fats to each meal for satiety. No excuse... get that workout done! I CAN do this... I’m not alone, God is with me ❤️

Non-scale victory of the week!

Victory: loving my meal plans. So simple and easy to fix a meal. Plus it’s easy to grab and go if needed; like today. As busy (really busy!) as I’ve been this week, I’m thankful for this way of eating. I’ve been able to stay on track. Love it!

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I can’t think of s thing. I’m proud of myself. Normally, a hectic week line this would have thrown me of kilter... but I’m good!!

What are your goals for the upcoming week?

Last week was before I started this new approach to my meals. So my nutrition was off considerably. Last week was also the week I messed up my neck somehow. I’m thinking it was the Transform 20 workout... some crazy fast-paced moves in that program! So this week I’m staying focused on my meal plan, and planning to get my workout in each day. So to do that I have to plan my day around my workout time.... making that workout a priority! It’s been difficult this week... our heifers are calving, so I’m on s 2-3 hour watch throughout the day, and during the night. Trying to get regular everyday things done between checks hasn’t been that easy. But I’m not letting it stress me out... I’m just doing my best. Those cows are having their very first babies, and they could have any number of complications... so I’m happy to be checkibg on them and taking care of them. I don’t want a new momma to lose her baby

Long-term goal weight

118 lbs

What do you find most challenging in reaching your long-term weight loss goals?

Finding the right nutrition plan that works for me.... long term. I’ve been trying to find the right balance that is healthy, and works with my health issues. It wasn’t easy having to go grain-free and dairy-free... but that is what I needed to do. For this 30 day challenge I also decided to eliminate sweeteners. It’s going great, and I’m loving how I’ve been feeling.

What are your goals for the upcoming week?

1. Continue with my current meal plan: grain-free/dairy-free/sweetener-Free, higher fat/moderate protein/low healthy carbs. 2. Continue with my current workout program: 80 Day Obsession. 3. Continue drinking at least half my body weight in water (ounces) 4. Continue getting as close to 8 hours sleep each night. (This has been a challenge since I’m going out ē 2 hours to check on our cows that are calving. This includes throughout the night). 5. Continue to compliment myself each day that I adhere to my plan; and encourage myself if I mess up to get right back on track. But I haven’t messed up... I made it my motto: No Slips, No Excuses, No Quitting!
