Non-scale victory of the week!

feeling better about self did not get to gym this week was homebound with sick kids. but still got home workouts in, treadmill walks and when jad a chance to run out for a minute I took it.

Non-scale victory of the week!

I seemed to of gotten my period early so have thay extra weight right now, plus I am going to the gym weekly but doing more strength and weights so gaining muscle not feeling to confident anymore on winning this dietbet but I am feeling better about my self.
