What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Well on Monday the doctor put me on a gluten challenge so I can do my colonscopy and he can biopsy me for celiac. 2 pieces of bread a day. Not too bad but it blew my carb numbers and I’ve had headaches and joint pain since. While bread tastes good it is not worth eating it for feeling this crappy. But the test is because NSGS vs celiac is a diff in watching for cancer or destroying my thyroid.

Non-scale victory of the week!

Started with chiropractor and she is making my joints feel better

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Ned mix up on Monday that didn’t get worked out until Wednesday. So no progress there and didn’t eat right because didn’t feel good.
