I walked every day and ate well and my weight still went up :'(

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I don't know what I'm doing wrong. I'm eating healthy and getting exercise and my weight is still going up. :'(

I resisted that damn garlic sausage... I wanted it so bad but couldn't afford the calories.

I resisted getting McDonalds after work even though I was very hungry. The craving was strong... Ugh.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Everything. Again. I need to sleep more. I am not sleeping enough. I gave in to some sweets that my hubby brought home.

I did not resist much this week... Getting back on the dietbet train definitely helps me stay focused on my goals. However, my jeans are falling down, so I guess thats a victory! Gotta dig out my smaller jeans soon.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

E. V. E. R. Y. T. H. I. N. G. Literally everything. Only exercised a couple of times. Ate pretty much a whole bag of cheetos puffs, and splurged on a root beer. Eep!

Counting calories... Logging my food... Going to the gym. I was sick so it kind of knocked me down.
