Non-scale victory of the week!

Went down another jean size and bought skinny jeans for the first time ever

I need to eat more veggies and drink more water. I lost the extra menstrual weight from last week plus a few more pounds :)

Non-scale victory of the week!

Went down a jean size :)

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Nothing really. I have continually fined tuned my diet to the point where I’m watching carbs, calories, sodium, all of it. I exercised everyday and the scale finally showed it.
