Getting back on track when I went off.

I went away on the weekend and did not stick to my nutrition plan as well as I would have liked.

Non-scale victory of the week!

We went away for the weekend and while I wasn’t perfect, I kept things more in check than I usually would have and got right back up the routine when I returned home.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Planned my trip away better and prepared some healthy snacks.
