Despite not being able to exercise much and going out for all you can eat sushi I still managed a slight loss!

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I would have liked to have exercised more but I wasn't feeling very well this week so probably best to take it easy.

In the 180s!!!!! Stayed on track through shark week and two Easter dinners!

Not a great week for sleep and laid off strength training to avoid water retention for weigh in. Did cardio though so was still active

I'm noticing my clothes are fitting MUCH more loosely and was able to get out a shirt I had put away cause it was too tight!

Still feel like I need to take a little more "me" time and go to bed earlier

I resisted weighing myself all week! I was getting too obsessed with it and over thinking everything. It was refreshing to take a break

I skipped lunch a few times when work was crazy. I should make time for myself or at least snack while working so i'm not hangry as hell all night

Go to bed earlier!! I think lack of sleep and increased cortisol levels were messing me up, my weight wasnt budging. After 2 days of going to bed early I'm back on track and feel much better

Lost 1lb during shark week and had some great strength training sessions

More stretching, more sleep (as ever), had a few too more treats than I probably should have.

Finally dropped below 200lbs again!! Did more strength training

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

More sleep-i binge most when i'm exhausted. Avoid buying junk so I'm not tempted by it, dont get so down when I am tempted by it lol
