Non-scale victory of the week!

When I started my weight loss I was a size 12, I am now a size 6!! That is crazy to think. I also bought a 2 piece bikini and plan to wear it at the beach in a few weeks

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I could have worked out a little more. I wasn’t as consistent with the gym.

Non-scale victory of the week!

I fit into a size 6!!!! When I started I was a size 12 in bottoms and that was hard to fit into !!

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I was on vacation and gave myself a free for all with food and I really too advantage of it and ate oh so much !

Non-scale victory of the week!

It’s not really a victory I got Invisalign and it is very painful and I haven’t been able to eat as much just because my mohuth is so sore and taking the trays off hurts and it hurts even more putting them back on.

Clothes fits me so goof I love going into stores just to try clothes on ! I tried on a bikini I bought a little over a year ago and it fit so bad before ! And I tried it on this week and I was in love with how it looks on me

Back on track for eating. Cleaned out my closet of about a little more than half of the clothes I was wearing. Dropped 2 pant sizes.

Non-scale victory of the week!

I had to clean out my closet of clothes I'm starting to swim in. I wish I would of started diet bet when I started my weight loss journey !
