Inches. Scale showed a bit but I’m finally noticing in my face & clothes more.

Crushing my personal stairs challenge! One day was 120 flights which I then upped to 125 two days later!

Eating lol it was a vacation & eating out lots. I did ok but gave in a bit too

Hiking! And my ring feels smaller. Nothing else. I don’t see anything or feel it but my ring is looser lol. Killed it on water! 3.5 to 4.5 litres daily!
