Joined WW again as I can’t track without the stupid app! but I gotta do this.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

actually stuck to a plan or even made a plan. I treated this week really loosely knowing I just started and was ok if I slipped up here and there. it was meant to be a rough start.

Walking! Out and moving every day getting my steps in!
