Non-scale victory of the week!

Finding other people on Instagram that have lost weight and have a great mental outlook - it is really helpful to follow people that are positive and give helpful tips on exercise and healthy balances meals. I find great inspiration in their amazing journeys and how honest they are when they have a bad day and what they do to keep going - and continue .

I’ve been on diet bet ( my first game) for 2 days this is my third and loving it

Non-scale victory of the week!

I made a commitment to go to the gym at least 5-6 times - yesterday morning got busy and I skipped the gym, and by afternoon I was feeling bummed about it - normally small set backs like this would make me want to quit! But this time I decided to hit the gym after dinner! I went and did some cardio and some weights for my arms - after I spent time stretching which I normally don’t like because I am so tight - but I really felt so great after stretching! Then I hit the sauna for a short while! I was so proud of myself for not giving up after I didn’t make the gym in the morning!

To journal everyday at the end of each day - my insights, weaknesses and strengths and then plan out the next day my goal for that day. Also to exercise Monday the 11th to Friday the 15th . To stay within my calories each day and eat Healthy and balanced
