Non-scale victory of the week!

An ok week, messed up last night, but I am always learning about myself even still at my age. Not so much an emotional eater anymore but my work schedule can destroy my eating schedule in easy shift. But so much more aware of it. So start over again today and feeling good about it!

I ate really well, except for today :(, got at least 3 workouts in for the week. Even woke up at 4am before my shift.

Stuck to the plan! Even with all the stress at home I did not emotional eat .. soooo very proud of myself!
