I had given myself verbal permission to eat McDonalds for breakfast this morning but then i fought against myself and had a protein shake instead. Also, at work there was candy. Before I knew it, a piece of chocolate was in my mouth. I spit it out instead of swallowing it.

i ate potato chips at night. I need to fight against the boredom snacking.
