I have been drinking at least 8 cups of water every day.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

stayed on track. I started a new job and have been in training all week. I just went completely of the rails with my food plan.

had some m&ms earlier this week it didn’t make me feel great physically after eating them, next time I’ll just avoid the sugar.
