Brought 5 bags of brussel sprouts and asparagus.

Non-scale victory of the week!

Did not cheat, not one time on this Dietbet, that's a miracle for me. Almost every day, I eat the same thing, avocado,salad, cheese crust pizza, pork rinds and pecans. Sometimes, I'll switch it up and have brussels sprouts or asparagus instead. I'm doing keto and IF. on IF I am now at 20-4. I've lost 12 pounds as of last Friday, which is the last time that I weighed. I made my goal with almost a pound to spare. I hope that I have lost more weight when I weigh again on tomorrow. Yesterday was the first day that I felt good. It was like something lifted off of me. All the rest of the time, I felt lousy. I complete at least 10,000 steps daily. I stand up and walk and sit down and walk, anything to get those steps in. Some days, I hit 15,000. I also exercise for one hour in the pool at the YMCA twice weekly. This is just a start for me as I have over 100 pounds to lose, but it's a start.

To eat more brussel sprouts and asparagus and eat much less of the cheese crust pizza, to see if that makes a weight loss difference.

Resisted eating the wrong foods.
