Hi everyone,

I've been doing keto and ddp yoga for a week, I'm already down 7lbs but the official weigh in wasn't until today. Today I weigh 390 even. I've done a few diet bets before, my highest weight was 415 and my lowest 370 the last two years, but I'm treating this one like it's my first. I'm motivated for the right reasons this time, I've found a lifestyle that is actually working for me and not making me feel deprived, and I've set a series of small achievable goals to make the journey seem realistic. I'm incredibly happy to be here today, I feel in my soul this is the year of big changes. I joined the transformer as well although looking at the weight goals it looks as thought I would lose more just sticking with the kickstarters. We shall see. Good luck everyone, here's to a great 4 weeks!!!

I’m doing DDP yoga too!! I felt the same about the transformer bets- you definitely lose more with diet bets- if we stay in track. Always the tricky bit isn’t it. But this tribe of people is amazing and full of motivation and good ideas!
