Eating. I did yoga on Thursday, laps at the pool on Friday but I ate poorly I knew it

Non-scale victory of the week!

Even though I was on my period tbis whole week, and one as craving ketchup chips and milk chocolate pistachios so bad. I didn't have ANY.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I didn't work out, my goal was to hit the elliptical 4 times this week but all I did was a yoga class on Thursday
