What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Was on the road for a business trip. Got food poisoning first day, didn’t eat much the second day and spent most of the third on a plane.

What do you find most challenging in reaching your long-term weight loss goals?

I was injured while deployed to Afghanistan and a medication I’m on has were that gain as a main side effect. I played two college sports and majored in Exercise Science, not to mention have 29 years in the Army, and I’m 20 lb overweight.
