Non-scale victory of the week!

I’m getting used to my fasting until after 1 PM and drinking tons of water this has helped with my inflammation

What do you find most challenging in reaching your long-term weight loss goals?

Sugars and munchies. I’m still fighting it. My physical health still need improvement and I’m always in so much pain from my spine and tailbone.
