Have been sick this week, and although I didn't stick to my food plan, I haven't eaten anything bad.

Medications that cause weight gain. Inability to work out due to disability.

Start adding some light exercise that doesn't require leg movement. Lose 7kg in 4 weeks is my goal. Increase water intake.
