Under my calorie goal every day, and I did a good job weighing and tracking my food.
What do you feel you could have done better this week?
Overall a very good week, but it's hard not to focus on the things that weren't perfect. The night before this weigh in I went already hungry to a party with no low carb option and I didn't have the will power to resist. I did stay under my calorie goal and didn't turn it into a binge, so that's some progress!
