Non-scale victory of the week!

I've got Monday to Friday routine figured out, I'm very proud of how that went.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Saturday and Sunday needs serious help. This number would have been different if I had the will power to stand up to my in house food pusher

Sick of dealing with myself. Weighed in today out of sheer willpower, couldn't be bothered to get out of pajamas. So disappointed with myself for gaining back the little I lost. Must get back up.

Non-scale victory of the week!

Under my calorie goal every day, and I did a good job weighing and tracking my food.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Overall a very good week, but it's hard not to focus on the things that weren't perfect. The night before this weigh in I went already hungry to a party with no low carb option and I didn't have the will power to resist. I did stay under my calorie goal and didn't turn it into a binge, so that's some progress!

Non-scale victory of the week!

I did a great job keeping my food logged in My Fitness Pal. I wanted my favorite creamy iced coffee and made it, but when I entered it in MFP I realized I wouldn't have enough calories for it. I put it in the fridge, had more water, and drank it the next morning

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Exercise. Between my period and having a stomach bug I did lose a bunch, but didn't exercise. But I guess to that is to be expected when you're sick

What are your goals for the upcoming week?

I'm turning 30 this week, and my goal is to be good to me! A delicious diet that fuels and nourishes my body, not encumbers it (low carb). Celebrating what my body can do and striving for more and better (exercise, cardio and weights twice a week at gym, yoga and whatever strikes my fancy twice a week at home) . Sleep to rejuvenate and replenish. And water myself like a garden.
