I’m getting noticed by others that I look thinner. it’s nice to hear.
What do you feel you could have done better this week?
so...last week was the first week this has ever happened to me. I ate well. I worked out. I was good on my water. then I got on the scale Friday, and gained weight. whatttt? no I was so upset! I did so well I should have LOST at least 2 lbs last week. I was so mad that I ended up basically going on a huge binge this weekend. I had soda. I had bad junk food. I was careless. and now I’m disappointed in myself but I have got to put forth the whole reason why I started. to be healthy, to lose weight. I need to try again. and this time be stronger than before when the scale tells me something I’m not wanting to see.

get back to clean eating . get back to my running and get back to a stronger mentality . I basically have to start all over and though I’m bummed...I’m still further than I’ve ever been before I started. and that’s something I should be proud of.
