I was offered dinner at a restaurant where I normally binge and cheat and instead chose an unsweetened tea and a healthy option

I’m getting noticed by others that I look thinner. it’s nice to hear.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

so...last week was the first week this has ever happened to me. I ate well. I worked out. I was good on my water. then I got on the scale Friday, and gained weight. whatttt? no I was so upset! I did so well I should have LOST at least 2 lbs last week. I was so mad that I ended up basically going on a huge binge this weekend. I had soda. I had bad junk food. I was careless. and now I’m disappointed in myself but I have got to put forth the whole reason why I started. to be healthy, to lose weight. I need to try again. and this time be stronger than before when the scale tells me something I’m not wanting to see.

get back to clean eating . get back to my running and get back to a stronger mentality . I basically have to start all over and though I’m bummed...I’m still further than I’ve ever been before I started. and that’s something I should be proud of.

I haven’t seen one of my friends in a month and she immediately recognized that I had lost weight. Her words, “you look so much smaller than the last time I saw you.”

the same as last weight. meal prepping is definitely helping me not lose sight of focus. I need to make some more healthy snacks too. try to wake up earlier to go on a morning run since it’s too hot after work.

more meal prep. more water. more exercise. I’m at a plateau in my weight loss journey and have been stuck for a month so I’m trying to get out of it by eating healthier and more activity this week. hope it works out it my favor, not just for this bet but for my journey and progress.
