Non-scale victory of the week!

Found a legit zoodles ramen recipe instead of giving in to real ramen noodles! And it is my new fave!!

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Planning more workouts - I’ve done better, but feel like planning them and putting it on the calendar will help me stay motivated and workout more often!

Getting back on track with no sweets - I’ve let myself have some for the past few days because I made my goal weight...but I want to have a better “reward” for myself instead of desserts and candy. I have to shift my mindset to remember that those things actually aren’t rewards because they don’t help me with my goals!
