What are your goals for the upcoming week?
Getting back on track with no sweets - I’ve let myself have some for the past few days because I made my goal weight...but I want to have a better “reward” for myself instead of desserts and candy. I have to shift my mindset to remember that those things actually aren’t rewards because they don’t help me with my goals!
