When I started my weight loss journey in January I started at 51" around my hips. This morning I measured 48.25". This is physical evidence that I am shrinking and I love it!
What do you feel you could have done better this week?
I could have not injured my calf yesterday from acting like a child. Now I'm worried about exercising enough this week and how I'm going to work out.
