Clothes!! Actually hit in size 8 jeans although they were hideously right!

A weekend a way without any major issues. New jeans! Loads of water drinking as we waked around.

Not had the extra banana cake. It was not needed.

Back in my skinny jeans plus 2x10k runs. Much much better sleep.

Was first time I'd managed a 6K run in quite some time.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Stopped eating. Just have stopped. Week was good. Weekend was terrible.
