Non-scale victory of the week!
well well well - saw 199.8 on the scale this week. first time in the 100s in 20 years. things are changing. feeling stronger. created an online dating profile on Bumble. oh and wearing Chases shorts today:)

well it is my birthday week so hoping to at least hold with out gain. I am back at 202 again so would like to see at least 2 days in the 100s this week. 51 will look good on me
