Non-scale victory of the week!

I didn't eat the whole pint of Haagen Dass in one sitting. Stopped consuming a ton of sugar & being a better listener to my body.

Get myself to a class or gym 3 times. Limit eating after 7 pm to soup, as needed. Keep foods simple. Go to course on Thursday. Meditate every day. Practice breathing everyday. Go to sleep by 10 PM every night.
