Eating cauliflower rice while the rest of the family ate pasta.

I’m not sure. I guess there are 2 things: Drink more water and journal EVERY MEAL.

Journal EVERY MEAL and increase water intake. I’m doing Beachbody Liif4, starting week 2 (my homemade hybrid calendar). Need to keep it up and maybe up my weights for the workouts.
