Non-scale victory of the week!

I didn't track over the weekend but I made good choices. I also meal prepped on Sunday and made good plans for going to restaurants during the Friday and Monday. I also started measuring foods and portion sizes.

I need to move more now that my back is feeling better.

Long-term goal weight

140 lbs

What do you find most challenging in reaching your long-term weight loss goals?

Exercising is currently not part of my plan as I've injured my back a week before our start. I understand from my doctor that I need physiotherapy to heal. Only after which I can continue working out at the gym. I expect that it will be six weeks or so from now.
