Non-scale victory of the week!

Made thanksgiving dinner. No sacrifices. Fun was had by all. I stopped eating when I was full and my portions felt natural.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Could have gone on a few longer walks. Missed out on my 10km walks completely.

Keep it going, keep it going, keep it going full steam. Too sweet to be sour to nice to be mean. Well on the tough-guy style I’m not too keen. Trying to change the world. I’m going to plot and scheme.

Non-scale victory of the week!

Just feeling awesome. Took a 6 hr road trip to meet a friend who was flying in from 2500 miles away to host an event. It was really good to see him. Picture below. He is sharing a similar journey.

I could have avoided tortilla chips. But it was a good treat.

I avoided eating those Hawaiian bread rolls. Had I bought or started with one. I would have gone through a stick of butter and a whole palette.

I had a few chances to walk outside this week as the heat let up a few days

Diet change was off. Deep fried pickles are a weakness. Fried wings also a weakness. Also had my first real beer in a long time.

Non-scale victory of the week!

Moved out of obese in the BMI index and into overweight. Also, I am clearly in between Large and XL gym shorts. 38 pants are now loose. Tempted to try 36 pants when I hit 205.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Monday I finally succumbed to cake. I’m still on track but it wasn’t part of my plan and I need to stick to my plan.

Went to Costco. Didn’t have a hotdog. ...and didn’t eat poutine on Canada Day.
