I made curry coconut shrimp, I am buying and cooking more variety of vegetables

I am doing what I can...weight up bc I had a beer yesterday...it was delicious??...today no beer and workout a little longer

I had 2 beers on Saturday and 3 beers yesterday...I should limit myself to 1 or 2 or no beers per week.

Bagels at work...ugh...I ate a small piece of one...just enough to satisfy

I was tired and cold after work yesterday and had no interest whatsoever in going to the gym...some days I just don't care...I am glad to be in dietbet, it's keeping me on track.

I walked 4 miles on the beach saturday, walked 2 miles today, went to a brewery and drank water!

I am just starting...so I think I am doing ok. I know tomorrow will be tough, it will be a long day at work and i have to go to the gym!

Well I went to cabana shores with friends, had unsweetened iced tea and a mahiwprap and some broccoli...no beer or wine! Yeah me

I really did not need that half bagel ...cant live with regrets...looking forward to delicious healthy meals for next week.
