Non-scale victory of the week!

I felt really confident about how I looked during Body Combat last week, and received a couple comments from people that I looked slimmer.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

A little too much sodium last weekend. Take advantage of nicer weather and walk during work lunch breaks.
