this week was hard. I let myself go while I was on vacation and was determined to get into my routine and win this bet. in my last effort to come under I ran a total of 5 miles today!!!
What do you feel you could have done better this week?
I could’ve done better with keeping up with my diet plan. Holidays and vacation always bring the unhealthiest but most delicious of foods.
