What do you feel you could have done better this week?
Thisweek was really bad. Depression and anxiety kicked my ass and eating healthy was basically impossible. I ate whatever i could cook in the 5 minutes of energy i had. So today, i knew i needed to weigh in and see where i was. So happy to see i lost some weight even though i didnt’ eat the best. I did work out quite a bit this past week though. So overall, despite everything, i did ok.
