Non-scale victory of the week!

Intermittent Fasting has been my saving grace with a blown out back, 3 herniated discs, so not much physical activity! But I am eating my Macros and am still in full ketosis. Stay hydrated

What do you find most challenging in reaching your long-term weight loss goals?

Getting workouts in, I have a herniated disc in my L4S5, & Torn MCL In Left Knee. I am relying solely on Fasting and relying on hitting my Macros every day.
