I didn’t weigh myself this week at all up to now so I wasn’t sure how the final weigh-in would go. Turned out this was my best week in the whole game! I made it and then some!

I did not track on Sunday, but tried to make reasonable choices. Still lost. Halfway to my goal for the game. This week I’m focused on lean protein and water to flush out the Easter salt.
