Non-scale victory of the week!

I went scuba diving on holiday and ignored my fear of the wetsuit not fitting!

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I choose to start again now. Things have been bad at home and therefore with my eating since May, but I refuse to undo all of my hard work just because someone else doesn't value me. The last two weeks were all inclusive holiday - that's done now. Back to real life where I want to be strong and fit.

Eat only between 9am and 7pm, to start to reduce my intake.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Not react to disappointments and arguments by bingeing!! Havent done that in over 4 months and am so disappointed by myself. Just got into a massive funk this week and ate, ate, ate :-(.

Start again from scratch with the basics. Plan the meals out, eat loads of veg carry healthy snacks, drink 2litres of water each day minimum, and walk, walk, walk.

Non-scale victory of the week!

Reduced the height of the steering wheel in the car to where it used to be, before I had to move it as it was brushing my stomach when I turned it - not any more though!!! And my 'duvet' coat is so huge on me now!

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I'm so incredibly cross with myself for buying stuff for our anniversary dessert that there would be leftover to tempt me...and then also with myself for resorting to binge eating in response to an argument at home. Why do I let him get to me like this, and why on earth would I think that cramming food in my mouth would make me feel better?!!

Non-scale victory of the week!

Am super proud of myself for working my butt off in the gym and pool 2 days straight, while mostly fasting, and then walking nearly 5km. I couldn't have done these things before and I also have never been this determined before to achieve my goal weight! Oh, and getting into the first pair of shorts I've worn for about 25 years?!

Still...get more sleep!

Non-scale victory of the week!

Proud of fasting yesterday and staying strong. My waist measurement had come down in cm, from triple to double figures, hallelujah!

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I could have made a much bigger effort to borrow doggies for dog walking - my steps are massively down these last few weeks over the school Easter holidays. Back to it next week. I could also have avoided staying up really late one night reading a book! Made me tired all week! But I am pleased with downloading the new habits loop app to sort this sleep behaviour out!

Managing to do a 500 cal fast day yesterday to finally get the scale to show the truth of where I'm at! Hooray!

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Got to sleep before midnight last night. Before 11pm tonight would be even better :-)

Sticking tho the meal plan on holiday and planning a carefully cal-counted fish and chip dinner on our return.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

More steps and more swimming - I really enjoyed it when I did go! Much better sleep (and not reading Kindle til late into the night!!!!)

Repair the cross trainer and get on there every day. Get my bike looked at for an MOT. Fast for 36 hours once my boy is back at school to give me a boost, and until the end of this diet bet go completely low/no carb (so no sweet potatoes, butternut squash, chickpeas or beans in addition to what I have been doing) - I'm gonna nuke this plateau!!!

Non-scale victory of the week!

Belt has come in yet another notch. Have had lots of positive comments with people really noticing, and my new trousers which were one size down already don't fit and are too loose! I am SO much fitter and able to do much more with my PT. Oh, and actually being able to play tag in the park with my son and his friends and their mum - we laughed SO hard!!

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

More walking - difficult with my boy on holidays and already tired after his daily one hour swimming lessons. Food has been pretty good. Meal planning is definitely the way forward and trying new recipes.

Stick to the meal plan. Ignore the kids' food. Don't feel envious of off-plan food, just know that it's no good for my body and I am worth more than that.

Really proud of how I'm handling my period this month! I'm still losing every closely of days - I think the eating loads of real food, drinking lots of water and starting motivated with dietbet is massively helping!

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Still...go to bed earlier!!!! More dog walking but tricky during school holidays. Routine offs up in the air.

Dresses getting longer! Belt getting smaller.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Definitely more sleep. Been forgetting my goal. Did well considering my foot pain and have splurged on new shoes and inserts to better support my feet.

Plan all the meals again. Bed by 10.30 - I want 8 hours sleep, and I want to be there for my boy, and he gets up at 6.30am!
