Non-scale victory of the week!
I went scuba diving on holiday and ignored my fear of the wetsuit not fitting!
What do you feel you could have done better this week?
I choose to start again now. Things have been bad at home and therefore with my eating since May, but I refuse to undo all of my hard work just because someone else doesn't value me. The last two weeks were all inclusive holiday - that's done now. Back to real life where I want to be strong and fit.
