I want to focus on eating healthier foods more often than not. I think that'll really be what makes or breaks this round and activity and feeling lighter and better will be a benefit.

I want to eat light and healthy and make my heartburn go away! its definitely foods that are less healthy that cause it and I ate quite a few of them so I want to work on that so I FEEL better and I want feeling better to continue to motivate me.
