Non-scale victory of the week!

I went on sooo many walks and got outside in the air and it felt great.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I think I really hit my diet goals but I wish I did "workouts" more. i did get more steps in but only did the one full workout. more than I usually do though so better than nothing.

i still really want to ramp up my diet. im still eating the worse foods rn in my pantry but those will start to thin out and Im definitely eating less of them ❤

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

between moving, family death, and global disease hitting the hospital I work at Ive gained 20 pounds I lost back in like 2 months. I feel awful and Im going to work on EVERYTHING. not just some things. i want to overhaul. starting with getting some extra exercise in and eating better (not perfect) starting today

I finally finished a whole transformer and did it!!! I think every week I doubted myself but I was changing the whole time!

lost more instead of just maintaining but it's alright I did well and finished through

put cute clothes on and actually felt cute in them!

lol. same as always. my struggle is diet. I ate like poop when I did eat and then lost weight through ACCIDENTAL fasting. which would have been fine if it was planned but it was not so I really need to step up the healthy eating in between at LEAST.

I want to focus on eating healthier foods more often than not. I think that'll really be what makes or breaks this round and activity and feeling lighter and better will be a benefit.

I want to eat light and healthy and make my heartburn go away! its definitely foods that are less healthy that cause it and I ate quite a few of them so I want to work on that so I FEEL better and I want feeling better to continue to motivate me.
