Encouragement for today:

I was feeling very stressed and down in the dumps this morning. I was tired and overwhelmed.

Pit my youngest down for a nap and forced myself to do my Fitness Boxing exercise on our Nintendo Switch. I rocked it. And now my body is super energized! I wish my kid was awake so we could do for a walk or something haha!

Push through. Do it for yourself. Do it for your health and happiness! You CAN do this! If I can, you definitely can!!

Amanda, I actually did! Haha. My husband came home early enough that I could go by myself. It's exactly what my body and soul needed!! I felt so good afterwards!!

  • Anyone’s weight go up? Mine did by 2lbs. Ugh. it’s hard being female, there’s no telling what it is. I have PCOS and take Progesterone so that could have a lot to do with it. I have worked my a$$ off this week with exercise and by not indulging in sugary snacks. I guess I’ll try to avoid them completely which is ok since I am a diabetic, I should be doing that anyway. I could do a lot better with my water intake too, so I’ll focus on those tasks this coming week. So, my take aways are: no refined sugary sweets AND drink a gallon of water a day. I got this 💪
