I had a bad week where I was really tired so I guess we can say my NSV was exercising when I really didnt want to.. But that happened less than usual so its not exactly a victory week.
What do you feel you could have done better this week?
I was very tired even when I slept good. I wish I pushed harder to overcome the tiredness and ate better.
