Nothing particular just felt really good after exercising

Non-scale victory of the week!

NSV All blue dots with ww. Drank lots of water. Exercised a lot. Went for a 7km walk! Got sick nesr the end of the week but kept pushing

Honestly. Im not sure. I feel like I had my best week yet

Non-scale victory of the week!

I had a bad week where I was really tired so I guess we can say my NSV was exercising when I really didnt want to.. But that happened less than usual so its not exactly a victory week.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I was very tired even when I slept good. I wish I pushed harder to overcome the tiredness and ate better.
